プライバシーポリシー — 山道具ラボ

山道具ラボ（以下「当ラボ」）は、当ラボが提供・運営するアプリ（「山の花名人」「山の雲名人」「山の鳥名人」「Shuffle Albums」など。以下あわせて「本アプリ」）をご利用いただく皆さまのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人を直接特定する情報は収集しません。

本アプリは、アプリ改善のための利用状況の分析に Amplitude（分析サービス）を使用します。これにより次の情報が収集されることがあります。

利用データ：どの画面を見たか、クイズの開始・進行・完了、どの設問で離脱したか等の操作イベント。
端末・セッションの識別子：分析サービスが生成するランダムな識別子（個人の氏名等には結び付きません）。
診断データ：アプリ内で発生した不具合（エラー）の種別・発生箇所。個人情報は含めません。

これらは第一者による利用計測のみに用います。広告目的の追跡は行わず、IDFA（広告識別子）の使用や App Tracking Transparency の対象となる追跡は行いません。

計測データはアプリごとに分けて管理しており、アプリをまたいで利用者を結び付けることはありません。

2. 学習データの保存

クイズの成績・履歴・段位などの学習データは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者のサーバーには送信・保存されません。アプリの削除や端末の初期化により失われることがあります（バックアップ機能は提供していません）。

3. 課金について

有料機能のアンロック（買い切り）は、Apple の App内課金を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報（カード番号等）は Apple が取り扱い、本アプリはこれらを取得しません。

4. 第三者への提供

収集した情報を、広告目的で第三者に販売・提供することはありません。分析サービス（Amplitude）は、上記の利用計測を提供するためにデータを処理します。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集する設計ではありません。

6. 写真・著作物について

本アプリが掲載する写真は、Wikimedia Commons 等で公開されている Creative Commons ライセンス（CC BY／CC BY-SA ほか）の画像、または当ラボが撮影した画像を利用しています。各撮影者のクレジットとライセンスは、アプリ内の「画像クレジット」に掲載しています。

Shuffle Albums について

Shuffle Albums は、iPhone のミュージック App にあるアルバムを、1 枚まるごと順番どおりに再生するアプリです。クイズアプリ 3 本（山の花名人・山の雲名人・山の鳥名人）とは中身が違うため、この節に別途まとめます。上の 1〜6 の記述のうち、クイズの学習データと、Wikimedia Commons の写真については、Shuffle Albums には当てはまりません。

収集する情報

このアプリは、使われ方を知るために Amplitude（米国 Amplitude, Inc.）へ利用状況を送ります。送るのは、あらかじめ決めた次の出来事です。

アプリを開いたこと。および、開いてから離れるまでを 1 回のまとまり（セッション）として区切った記録
音楽ライブラリの読み取りと解析が終わったこと。このとき、アルバムの枚数と、シャッフルの対象から外れた枚数を送ります。ただし生の数ではなく幅（1〜9 / 10〜49 / 50〜199 / 200〜999 / 1000 以上）に丸めてから送ります
音楽ライブラリの読み取りに失敗したこと。失敗の種類を表す短い符号（音楽ライブラリへのアクセスが許可されていない、まだ許可を尋ねていない、など）を添えます
シャッフルを始めたこと（対象になった枚数の幅）
アルバムの再生を始めたこと（シャッフルから始めたのか、アルバムを選んで始めたのかという区別と、そのアルバムの曲数の幅）
アルバムを最後まで再生し終えたこと
シャッフルの対象から外れた盤の一覧を開いたこと（その枚数の幅）
盤をシャッフルの対象に戻した・対象から外したこと（どの画面で操作したか）
購入のご案内が画面に出たこと。購入・購入の復元を押したこと。その結果（成功／お客様による取り消し／保留／失敗。失敗のときは理由を表す短い符号）
無料期間が終わって、シャッフルできる枚数が 8 枚になったこと
8 枚の上限に達して、それ以上追加できなかったこと
最初の案内カードを閉じたこと

このほかに、解析の仕組み自体が不具合に当たったとき、その技術的な記録（どこで処理に失敗したかを示す文言など）が、上のイベントと一緒に送られることがあります。これは Amplitude の仕組みが自動で付けるもので、アプリ側で止めることはできません。

送らないものを、はっきり書きます。

アルバム名・アーティスト名・曲名・曲順は送りません。何を聴いているかは送信の対象外です
曲ごとの記録は送りません。どの曲を何回再生したかは記録しません
氏名・メールアドレス・生年月日は送りません。アプリに登録やログインの仕組みがありません
IP アドレスと国は、送るデータに載せません。どちらも送信の設定で切ってあります
広告用の識別子（IDFA）は使いません。追跡を求めるダイアログ（App Tracking Transparency）は表示しません。広告は表示しません
アプリが強制終了したときの記録（クラッシュ情報）は送りません。上に書いた「読み取りに失敗した」という符号だけを送ります

上のどの記録にも、Amplitude がアプリの中で作る匿名のデバイス ID（無作為な文字列）が毎回付きます。あわせて、次のものも毎回付きます。

端末の機種名（iPhone17,1 のような型番）と製造元（Apple）
iOS のバージョン
アプリのバージョン
端末の言語設定
Amplitude のライブラリの名前とバージョン
記録した時刻と、記録を 1 件ずつ区別するための番号

不具合がどの機種・どのバージョンで起きているのかを知るためです。これらは氏名やメールアドレスとは結びつきません。利用者を識別するための ID は設定していないため、どなたの記録であるかを開発者が知ることはできません。Apple の識別子（IDFV）と、広告用の識別子（IDFA）は送りません。

App Store の「App のプライバシー」では、デバイス ID・製品の操作・その他の診断データ の 3 つを、「アナリティクス目的・お客様の個人情報には関連付けない・トラッキングには使用しない」として申告しています。

第三者への提供

利用状況の記録は、解析のために Amplitude, Inc. が処理します。それ以外の第三者へ提供したり、広告のために販売したりすることはありません。

音楽ライブラリへのアクセス

アプリはあなたの許可を得て、ミュージック App のライブラリ（アルバム名・アーティスト名・曲名・曲順）を読み取ります。読み取った内容は端末の中だけで使い、外部へ送信しません。画面に出るジャケット画像も、あなたのライブラリにあるものをそのまま表示しています。プレイリストの作成や、ライブラリの書き換えは行いません。

端末に保存されるもの

シャッフルの対象から外した盤、再生の途中経過、表示の設定を、端末内にのみ保存します。アプリを削除すると消えます。

課金について

最初の 10 日間はすべての機能を無料でお使いいただけます。そのあとは、シャッフルの対象にできるアルバムが 8 枚までになります（アルバムの一覧と曲名は引き続きすべてご覧いただけます）。ライブラリ全体をシャッフルし続けるには、買い切りでのご購入が必要です。購入の処理は Apple が行い、当方はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。

子どものプライバシー

このアプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・生年月日といった、個人を特定できる情報を集めません。送っている利用状況の記録も、個人には関連付けず、トラッキング（他社のアプリやサイトを横断した名寄せ）にも使いません。広告は表示しません。13 歳未満のお子様から、意図して個人情報を集めることはありません。

Shuffle Albums (English)

Shuffle Albums plays albums from your iPhone's Music library, one whole album at a time, in order. It works differently from the three quiz apps (Yama no Hana Meijin, Yama no Kumo Meijin, Yama no Tori Meijin), so it is described separately here. The parts above about quiz progress and about Wikimedia Commons photos do not apply to Shuffle Albums.

Information we collect

The app sends usage information to Amplitude (Amplitude, Inc., USA) so we can see how the app is used. These are the events we send.

That the app was opened, and the span from opening the app until you leave it (a session)
That the music library was read and processed. We send how many albums you have and how many were left out of the shuffle — but as a range, not the exact number (1-9 / 10-49 / 50-199 / 200-999 / 1000+)
That reading the music library failed, with a short code for the kind of failure (access to the music library was denied, or has not been asked for yet)
That a shuffle was started (the range of how many albums were eligible)
That an album started playing (whether it started from a shuffle or from picking an album, and the range of how many tracks it has)
That an album played all the way to the end
That you opened the list of albums left out of the shuffle (the range of how many there are)
That an album was put back into the shuffle, or taken out of it (and which screen you did it from)
That the purchase notice was shown; that you tapped buy or restore; and the result (succeeded / you cancelled / pending / failed, with a short code for the reason if it failed)
That the free period ended and shuffling was limited to 8 albums
That you reached the 8-album limit
That you dismissed the first-run card

On top of that, if the analytics library itself runs into a problem, a technical record of that problem (such as text saying where the library failed) may be sent along with these events. Amplitude's library adds this on its own, and the app cannot switch it off.

Here is what we do not send.

No album names, artist names, track names or track order. What you listen to is not sent
No per-track records. We do not record which songs you played or how often
No name, email address or date of birth. The app has no sign-up and no login
We do not put your IP address or country into what we send. Both are switched off in our settings
No advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and there are no ads
No crash reports. We only send the "reading the library failed" code described above

Every record above carries an anonymous device ID (a random string) that Amplitude creates inside the app. Each one also carries:

the device model (a code such as iPhone17,1) and maker (Apple)
the iOS version
the app version
the language your device is set to
the name and version of the Amplitude library
the time of the record, and a number that tells one record from another

We use these to see which devices and which versions problems happen on. None of it is tied to your name or email address. We do not set a user ID, so we cannot tell whose records these are. Apple's identifier (IDFV) and the advertising identifier (IDFA) are not sent.

In App Store "App Privacy" we declare three things — Device ID, Product Interaction and Other Diagnostic Data — all for analytics, all "not linked to you" and "not used for tracking".

Amplitude, Inc. processes the usage records for analytics. We do not share them with anyone else and we do not sell them for advertising.

Access to your music library

With your permission, the app reads your Music library (album names, artist names, track names and track order). What it reads is used on the device only and is never transmitted. The cover art you see is the art already in your library. The app never creates playlists and never modifies your library.

Stored on your device

Albums you have left out of the shuffle, playback progress and display settings are stored on the device only. They are removed when you delete the app.

Purchases

Everything is free for the first 10 days. After that, you can shuffle up to 8 albums for free — your album list and track names stay fully visible. A one-time purchase unlocks shuffling your whole library. Purchases are handled by Apple; we never receive payment details.

Children's privacy

The app does not collect information that identifies a person — no name, no email address, no date of birth. The usage records we do send are not linked to you and are not used for tracking across other companies' apps or websites. There are no ads. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
